Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Officers of the Town of Newcastle will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Newcastle Town Office to hear public comment on the November 7, 2017 Special Town Meeting Referendum ballot.
