The Wiscasset Planning Board will hold a public hearing on November 25, 2025, on the adoption of a planning board policy as allowed in Article 1, Sections 4.3.5 and 4.4.3.
The change will affirm the Planning Board policy that a survey completed within six months prior to the date of the application meets the definition of “recent”. The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. in the Town Office hearing room.
