The Wiscasset Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of David W. Pratt and Lee Stewart to divide Lot
17 in the Clark’s Point subdivision. The purpose of the division is to amend the subdivision plan by adding half of Lot 17 to
each of their lots, 23 and 18, respectively.
The public hearing will be held in the meeting room of the Wiscasset Municipal Building on January 26. 2026 at 7 p.m.
