is intending to file a Site Location of Development Act permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A. §§ 481 thru 490 on or about October 15, 2018. The application is for expansion of gravel and paved parking areas on an existing developed site. The site is on the Northerly side of Atlantic Highway (Route 1) just west of the Knox and Lincoln County line.
In accordance with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection’s rules on filing a Site Location of Development Act permit application:
Northeast Transport is holding a public informational meeting regarding the proposed project. This meeting will be held on site on Friday October 12, 2018 at 3:00pm. The property is located at the following address:
