The Town of Newcastle, in partnership with Wright-Pierce and Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission, will be holding a public meeting to discuss presented preliminary, pre-engineering ideas for the Village Partnership Initiative (VPI) project.
The scope of the project includes the Route 1 off ramp/River Rd intersection, Mills Rd/Academy Hill/Main St intersection, Main St to the Damariscotta Bridge, and Mills Rd to the on/off ramps. Please direct questions to Emma McKearney, Deputy Town Clerk, at clerk@newcastlemaine.us.
