Please take notice that the Town of Somerville, Maine will conduct a public sale through a sealed bid process of the following property in Somerville, subject to the following procedures and conditions of sale. This property was acquired by the Town through the foreclosure of tax liens filed under 36 M.R.S.A. sections 942 and 943. Bid packages may be obtained from the Tax Collector at the Somerville Town Office, 72 Sand Hill Road, Somerville, Maine 04348. Bids will be accepted on the Town’s required bid form at the Town Office on or before 4 pm, Friday, May 11, 2018. Each bid shall be marked, “BID ON TAX ACQUIRED PROPERTY” and indicate property 005-005. The bids will be opened at 6 pm on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Town Office.
