The Wiscasset Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Clark’s Point Development LLC for a change in use from condominium to subdivision.
The property is located on River Point Road, Tax Map R-5 Lot 122. The public hearing will be held in the meeting room of the municipal building on March 12, 2018 at 7 p.m.
