Pursuant to Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A 2 Subpart 6-A Chapter 187 Subchapter 3 Section 4352 Paragraph 9, the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on the draft Land Use Ordinance for the Town of Bremen. The purpose of this Hearing is to receive and consider comments from the public on the proposed Ordinance. The Land Use Ordinance seeks to combine the text from the Bremen Minimum Lot Size Ordinance, Commercial and Industrial Site Plan Review Ordinance, and the Building Permit Ordinance, as well as clarifying language, definitions and review processes, as well as providing for non-conforming
protections and site plan review. The Land Use Ordinance is available for downloading at the Town’s website www.bremenmaine.org or for public inspection at the Bremen Town Center, 208 Waldoboro Road, Bremen, Maine; the Bremen Library at 204 Waldoboro Road, Bremen, Maine; and the Bremen Post Office at 160 Medomak Road, Bremen,
