Please take notice that the Town of Somerville, Maine will conduct a public sale through a sealed bid process of the following properties in Somerville, subject to the following procedures and conditions of sale. These properties were acquired by the Town through the foreclosure of tax liens filed under 36 M.R.S.A. sections 942 and 943. The locations, acreage, and minimum acceptable bids for property subject to this sale are as follows:

Bid packages may be obtained from the Tax Collector at the Somerville Town Office, 72 Sand Hill Road, Somerville, Maine 04348. Bids will be accepted on the Town’s required bid form at the Town Office on or before 7 pm, Monday, April 2, 2018. Each bid shall be marked, “BID ON TAX ACQUIRED PROPERTY” and indicate which property. The bids will be opened at 6 pm on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Selectmen’s Meeting at the Town Office.
