The Work of this Contract involves providing the Labor and Materials to reconstruct the parking lot at the Bristol Consolidated School located at 2153 Bristol Road, Pemaquid, Maine.
Scope of Work
The Project will consist of the reconstruction of the existing paved areas including removal of existing paved areas, substrate and existing base aggregates, placement and compaction of new structural aggregates, drainage, site lighting, paving courses, traffic barriers, traffic line and parking stall painting.

2. Bid submissions are required to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018.
Bids submitted after the noted time will not be considered. Electronic submissions will be accepted
however original submissions must be time stamped by the US Postal service by the timeframe stated
above.
3. The bid shall be submitted on the Contractor Bid Form (section 00 41 00) provided in the Bid
Documents.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as may best serve the interest of the Owner.
4. An on-site pre-bid conference will be conducted for this project. This pre-bid conference shall be conducted
at the Bristol Consolidated School located at 2153 Bristol Road, Pemaquid, Maine on April 23, 2018 at 9:30 am.
5. Upon award of bid Contractor shall commence on site after June 25, 2018 and complete the work by August 28, 2018.
