A Special Town Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Whitefield Elementary School
gym to vote on a proposed Moratorium Ordinance on retail marijuana establishments.
If approved by Whitefield voters, the Moratorium Ordinance on marijuana establishments, marijuana retail stores, and marijuana social clubs would take effect immediately and remain in effect for 180 days from the date of the applicability of this ordinance.
