The Board of Appeals for the Town of Damariscotta will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 5, 2018; at 1:30 p.m. at the Town Office located at 21 School Street on the following matter:
-The Administrative Appeal filed by Gabe Shadis Et Al regarding the Planning Board decision to approve the application of Stepping Stone Housing, Inc. project located at Map 7 Lots 041 & 041-001 Blue Haven Lane, Damariscotta.
-A Regular Board of Appeals Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing. A possible decision may be made on the
Administrative Appeal.
– All interested parties are invited to attend.
