The Waldoboro Board of Selectmen has called a Special Town Meeting for Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Waldoboro Municipal Building, Waldoboro, Maine then and there to vote on the following articles:
Article 2. Shall an ordinance entitled “SHARED SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AND REQUIRED RECYCLING ORDINANCE TOWNS OF CUSHING, FRIENDSHIP AND WALDOBORO” be enacted? A copy of the proposed ordinance is posted with this warrant and is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.
Article 3. Shall an Agreement entitled “CUSHING/FRIENDSHIP/ WALDOBORO SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES” be authorized? A copy of the proposed agreement is posted with this warrant and is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.
