The Board of Appeals for the Town of Damariscotta will hold a special Board meeting on May 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Town Office located at 21 School Street.
The Board’s only agenda item will be to meet with legal counsel in executive session pursuant to 1 Maine Revised Statutes Section 405(6)(E), to review the legal rights and duties of the body when reviewing applications and considering pending or contemplated litigation.
