1. 44± feet into the Back River at property located on Map 4A,
Lot 57 on Westport Island, Maine.
2. The property is abutted as follows:
On the North by Map 4, Lot 56 owned by E. Davies Allen;
On the South by Map 4, Lot 58 owned by Jeanette Brown;
On the East by Map -, Lot – owned by West Shore Road;
On the West by Map -, Lot – owned by Back River;
3. Hearing date is October 6th, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. onsite.
