Pursuant to 38 M.R.S.A 1022, notice is hereby given that Tim Murney and Faith Leitner have made application within the Town of Westport Island for a license to construct and install a permanent pier and a seasonal ramp and float extending approximately:
1. 67± feet into the Sheepscot River at property located on Map 7, Lot
34 on Westport Island, Maine.
2. The property is abutted as follows:
On the North by Map 7, Lot 37.1 owned by Nathan G. Whitaker;
On the South by Map 7, Lot 69.1 owned by Donald V. Hale;
On the East by Map -, Lot – owned by Sheepscot River;
On the West by Map 7, Lot 35 owned by Eleanor M. Braim;
On the West by Map 7, Lot 36 owned by Claude A. Broutin
3. Hearing date is October 17th, 2016 at 6:00pm onsite.
The planning board will meet onsite at 5:00 pm on October 17th, 2016.
The planning board will meet on November 9th at 7:00 pm at the Westport Town Office for final approval.
