1. 75± feet into the Back River at property located on Map 5,
Lot 47 on Westport Island, Maine.
2. The property is abutted as follows:
On the North by Map 5, Lot 48 owned by Thomas Deedy IV;
On the South by Map 5, Lot 42 owned by Laura Elwood;
On the East by Map -, Lot – owned by Main Road RTE #144;
On the West by Map -, Lot – owned by Back River.
3. Hearing date is November 7th, 2018 at 4:30 P.M. onsite.
