The Waldoboro Board of Selectmen has called a Special Town Meeting for Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, Waldoboro, Maine then and there to act on the following articles:
Article 1. To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting.
Article 2. Shall an ordinance entitled “MORATORIUM ORDINANCE
REGARDING MEDICAL
MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES AND CULTIVATION FACILITIES” be enacted? A copy of the proposed ordinance is posted with this warrant and is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.
