The Appeals Board of the Town of Damariscotta will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Town Office located at 21 School St. to hear public comments on the following:
- The Administrative Appeal filed by Pennington and Helen Way regarding the June 6, 2016 Planning Board decision to allow the Pemaquid Oyster Company, Inc to construct a permanent pier, located at Map 1 Lot 6, Bristol Rd.
- An Appeals Board Regular Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing, with a possible decision on the appeal.
- All interested parties are invited to attend.
