Pursuant to 38 M.R.S.A 1022, notice is hereby given that Bowman Family Trust has made application within the Town of Westport Island for a license to construct and install a permanent pier, seasonal ramp and float extending approximately 43± ft into the Back River:
1. 43± feet into the Back River at property located on Map 3,
Lot 52.1 on Westport Island, Maine.
2. The property is abutted as follows:
On the North by Map 3 Lot 50.3 owned by Brett Plummer;
On the South by Map 3 Lot 52.2 owned by Bowman;
On the East by the West Shore Road;
On the West owned by Back River Passage.
3. Hearing date is May 1, 2019 at 3 p.m. onsite for planning board,
4:30 p.m. for selectmen.
