The Appeals Board of the Town of Damariscotta will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Town Office located at 21 School St. to hear public comments on the following:
- The Administrative Appeal filed by Mark R. Hoffman, Maine-ly Pawn regarding the Planning Board decision of June 13, 2016 to require planting of eleven (11) 5 ‘tall arbor vitae trees, 6’ apart from center of trunk to center of trunk, on the inside (non-street side) of the existing split rail fence, located at Map 3 Lot 12-1, 535 Main Street.
- An Appeals Board Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearings, with a possible decision on the appeals.
- All interested parties are invited to attend.
