The Appeals Board of the Town of Damariscotta will hold public hearings on August 9, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Office located at 21 School St. to hear public comments on the following:
- 1. The continuation of the Administrative Appeal filed by Pennington and Helen Way regarding the June 6, 2016 Planning Board decision to allow the Pemaquid Oyster Co., Inc to construct a permanent pier, located at Map 1 Lot 6, Bristol Rd.
- 2.The Administrative Appeal filed by Pennington and Helen Way regarding the granting of permits to Pemaquid Oyster Co., Inc to install a temporary pier and float, located at Map 1 Lot 6, Bristol Rd.
- An Appeals Board Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearings, with a possible decision on the appeals.
- All interested parties are invited to attend.
