A Public Hearing will be held on the four Articles proposed for the warrant for the Special Town Meeting on August 22nd, at the Town Office at 7 pm on July 26th.
The four warrant articles are as follows:
1. Ordinance banning commercial production and retail sale of recreational marijuana.
2. Amendments to the town’s Shellfish Ordinance.
3. Advisory question on use of digital electronic signs.
4. Transfer of $50,000 from the Road Maintenance Account to (i) Cemeteries, $8,000; and (ii) Revaluation Account, $42,000.
