The Town of Bristol is seeking to contact the heirs or successors in interest of Gerard H. and Mary S. Riopel, former owners of this property which was acquired by the Town due to the maturing of a tax lien dated May 8, 2015, recorded at the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4883, page 231. Their last address known to the Town was 1375 Burtwood Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
If contact is not made to the Tax Collector by July 28, 2018, the Selectmen will take steps to sell this property by sealed bid.
