The Town of Damariscotta will hold a Special Town Meeting on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Town Hall, 21 School Street in Damariscotta to ratify Town Manager’s execution of an easement deed with Central Maine Power to grant to Central Maine Power Company with warranty covenants, the right and easement to erect, bury, maintain, rebuild, respace, patrol, operate, and remove and do all other actions involving electric wires and cables, anchors, guywires, or push-braces, together with all necessary fixtures and appurtences over, across, and under a portion of the surface of the land on or adjacent to the Town’s former landfill site on Standpipe and Biscay Roads.
Damariscotta Citizens are encouraged to attend.
