Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Edgecomb will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2019, at 6 PM at the Edgecomb Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed Second Amendment to the Davis Island Environmental Protection and Development District and Tax Increment Financing District (“Second Amendment of the Davis Island TIF”), pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 206 of Title 30-A of the Maine Revised Statutes, as amended.
A copy of the proposed Second Amendment of the Davis Island TIF is on file at the Edgecomb Town Office as of January 3, 2019, and may be reviewed during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
