Notice of Sale of Tax Acquired Property
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Jefferson are accepting bids for the purchase of four tax acquired properties. Each bid must be in writing and in a sealed envelope marked “Tax Sale Bid” on the outside. All bids must be received by the Town Office no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, October 20, 2017. Late bids will not be opened or considered. Contact the Town Office at 207-549-7401 for more information and specs on each property.
