The Town of Somerville is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the seven road projects listed above.
Completed bid forms must be received in sealed envelopes addressed to the Board of Selectmen at the Somerville Town Office, 72 Sand Hill Road, Somerville, ME 04348, prior to 5:00 PM on Wednesday March 29, 2017. The bidders name and address
MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope along with the title of the project.
Bids shall be opened and reviewed at the Somerville Selectboard meeting on March 29, 2017 at 6:30 PM. The Board of Selectmen is not obligated to accept any bid, and may reject any or all bids.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID WILL BE HELD AT THE SOMERVILLE TOWN OFFICE ON TUESDAY MARCH 07, 2017 AT 10:00AM.
Contract documents, specifications and plans will be available to the Bidders at this time or can be purchased for $50.00 for each project at Coffin Engineering & Surveying, 207-623-9475 located at 432 Cony Road Augusta, ME 04330.
