The Waldoboro Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on August 17th at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Office to consider an appeal request from Abden Simmons to build a commercial building located at 13 Elm Street Map 10A Lot U-5. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and may also submit written comments. A copy of the application is available at the Town Office for review, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
