The Municipal Officers of the Town of Waldoboro will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 – 6:00 p.m. at the Waldoboro Municipal Building, 1600 Atlantic Highway regarding proposed changes to Waldoboro Shellfish Harvesting License fees.
The proposed fee changes include:
• Resident Commercial Shellfish Licenses – Change from $210 to $235.
• Non-Resident Commercial Shellfish Licenses – Change from $360 to $352.50.
The changes are being considered by the Municipal Officers pursuant to a recommendation approved by the Waldoboro Shellfish Conservation Committee at its meeting of March 1, 2018.
All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing and will be given the opportunity to be heard at that time.
