CLC YMCA will be hosting its 13th Annual Breast Cancer Tournament Thurs., Oct. 18.
The tennis tournament format will be “Luck of the Draw” so do not worry about finding a partner, because one will be found for everyone.
There will be a limit of 32 ladies playing on four courts. Tickets are $25 with the tournament beginning at 8:30 a.m.
There will be a special ceremony for cancer survivors, a raffle of wonderful items donated by friends of the event throughout the day, as well as delicious food to be shared.
To ensure that all of the funds will go to support Breast Cancer the Y will not be purchasing special t-shirts, however, everyone is encouraged to wear their best “pink.”
