Boothbay boys cross country team placed second in the South Class C Regional championships at Twin Brook Recreation in Cumberland on Oct. 21. Kyle Ames placed fifth and Blake Erhard sixth to lead the Seahawks.
Boothbay boys qualified for States, as did Lady Seahawks Glory Blethen, Faith Blethen and Haley Abbott.
