The Boothbay peninsula welcomed back one of their own on Friday, two time Olympic gold medalist Elle Logan.
Logan won gold in Beijing in 2008 at the age of 20, and won gold again in London in 2012 at the age of 24 as a member of the U.S. Women’s Eight Rowing team.
