Brewer defeated Medomak 6-1 in North Class B semi-final softball action on June 8 in Brewer. Libby Hewes collected the win (6K, 1B, 5H). Addie Jameson took the loss (6K, 4B, 7H).
The Lady Panthers spoiled the shutout in the sixth inning when pinch runner Eliza Nelson scored on a Lydia Simmons ground out.
Hitting for Medomak were Cassi Smeltzer with two singles and McKenzie Emerson, Jameson, Hattie Watmouth and Nelson a single each.
Hitting for Brewer were Hewes (2RBI) and Kenzie Dune (1 RBI) with two singles each, Katherine Austin a triple and Jordan Goodrich and Sarah Kaler a single each.
