Camden 48 – Medomak 38
The young men from MMS dropped a tough, hard fought game to Camden 48-38. Scoring for MMS were Cody Heal 8, Micah Williamson 7, Hunter Wincapaw 7, Noah Beck 5, Glen Weeks 4, and Jared Mank, Sam Morrill, and Jacob Slader 2 each. Scoring for Camden, Andrew Hall had 22 points, Matt Crockett and Drew Holt 6 points, Ryan Pierce 5, Dalton Wickenden 4, Tyler Leighton 3, and Eric Blohrm 2.
Wiscasset 48 – Rockland 18
Daren Wood netted 22 to lead Wiscasset to victory over Rockland. Also scoring for Wiscasset were Dylan McMahon 8, JD Souza 4, Jacob Allen 4, Tom Anderson 4, Matt Craib 2 and Brandon Colby 2. Scoring leaders for Rockland were Nate Philbert 8 and Ryan Days 6.
Medomak 52 – Wiscasset 46
Medomak won a close match-up with Wiscasset on Monday. The Riverhawks built a double digit lead in the 2nd half, but Wiscasset hustled their way back into contention. Scoring for the Riverhawks were Noah Beck 22, Micah Williamson 10, Hunter Wincapaw 6, Sam Morrill 5, Cody Heal 4, Lonnie Adolphsen 2, and Glen Weeks 2. Scoring for Wiscasset were Dylan Mahoney 15, JD Souza 11, Darren Wood 8, Matt Craig 6, Tom Anderson 4, and Allen Jacob 1.

Camden 52 – Medomak 27
Chandler Crans netted 24 and Jayson Kuhn 10 to lead Camden over the Riverhawks. Scoring for Medomak were Adam Feener 10, Cadisen Willis 4, Nate Maznec 3 and Michael Wadsworth, Zach Little, Tristian Look, Tim Farrar and Patrick Melody 2 each.
Wiscasset 52 – Medomak 31
Wiscasset defended their home court on Monday for a 52-31 win over Medomak. Scoring for the Warriors were Chandler Longfellow 13, Walker Mallory 8, Nate Panarese 6, Nick Smelcer 6, Austin Haskell 5, Logan Grover 4, Matt Johnson 4, Travis Padilla 4 and Cainin Griffin 2. Scoring for the Riverhawks were Adam Feener 8, Tim Farrar 8, Nate Maznak 8, Devin Field 4, Zach Little 3, Cadison Willis 2 and Ethan Marin 2.
Rockland 46 – Wiscasset 37
Hunter Grindle scored 16 to lead Rockland to victory over Wiscasset. Scoring for the Warriors were Mallory 17, Austin Haskell 9, Nick Smelcer 4, Jon Weeks 2 and Griffin 2.

Medomak 36 – Camden 30
The River Hawks started out slowly against Camden but fought back to win 36-30. Trailing by 12 after the first quarter the RiverHawks buckled down defensively and went on a 24-6 run over the next two quarters. Scoring for MMS were Hannah Marks 15, Hannah Heald 11, Lexi Genthner 4, and Laura Dyer, Cece Luce, and Aidan Skov 2 each. Scoring for Camden were Macy Buck 12, Ebby Laman 10, Chy Hersey 6, Kate McMorrow 2.
8th grade girls’ basketball
Camden 43 – Medomak 36
Medomak jumped out to a 13-7 1st quarter lead, but were unable to hold off Camden on Dec. 16. Scoring for the Riverhawks were Sammy Griffin 21, Amanda Young 10, Taylor Mason 3 and Sam Taylor 2. Scoring for Camden were Fisher 12, Drinkwater 8, Bowman 6, Hamalainen 6, Crocket 4, Terio 4 and Warren 1.
Medomak 26 – Wiscasset 17
Medomak girls picked up their first win of the season on Monday, over Wiscasset. Scoring for the Riverhawks were Sammie Griffin 7, Brook Benedict 7, Taylor Mason 6, Amanda Young 5 and Halie Haskins 1. Scoring for Wiscasset were Briana Goud 9, Kasey Cromwell 4, Kayla Gordon 2 and Hanna Foye 2.
