The CLC YMCA Gymnastics Team traveled to Old Town YMCA on Jan. 3. “We had level 2 through 7 and Xcel Platinum compete on Saturday and I was very proud that our gymnasts competed at a high level while supporting each other as teammates,” coach Janice Cormier-Hay said.
Winning all around in their divisions were Katie Colomb, Emma Hall, Maddy Russ and Eliza Wood-Orff.

Katie Colomb, age 13-17, won all around, taking 4. vault 8.5, 1. bars 8.9, 1. beam 9.1 and 2. floor 9.0

Emma Hall, age 13-14, won all around, scoring 2. vault 8.8, 1. bars 9.1, 2. beam 8.9 and 1. floor 9.4.
Maddy Russ of Damariscotta, age 10-12, won all around, taking 1. vault 8.4, 1. bars 9.1, 2. beam 8.9, and 1. floor 9.4.
Reed Gulden, age 10-12, placed 2. vault 8.3, 2. bars 8.75, 1. beam 9.3, 2. floor 8.8, and 2. all around.

Erica Johnson, age 10-11, won all around, taking 1. vault 8.7, 1. bars 9.5, 1. beam 9.4, and 1. floor 9.0.
Ava Carmolli, age 10-11, took 2. vault 8.6, 4. bars 7.4, 4. beam 8.95 (Personal Best), 3. floor 8.8 (PB), and 2. all around.

Reece Instasi, age 8-12 , won all around, taking 3. vault 9.4, 2. bars 8.75, 1. bars 9.4 and 1. floor 9.25.
Makenna Dunstan, age 8-12, took 7. vault 8.7 (PB), 10. bars 7.0, 6. beam 8.3 (PB), and 8. floor 7.8 (PB).
Sarah Goldrup, age 8-12, took 8. vault 7.0, 8. bars 7.85, 9. beam 7.45 and 4. floor 8.55.
