Thirty-four-year-old Adam Daigneault won the third annual Medomak Valley Triathlon on Saturday in Union. Kelly Robbins was the first female finisher.

Twenty-four competitors swam a quarter mile in Seven Tree Pond, biked 13 miles around Wotton’s Mill Road and then ran three miles.
Tamra Philbrook (swim) and Andrew Cavanaugh (bike and run) won the team competition in 1:21:55, followed by second place team Glenn Philbrook, Travis Philbrook and Tuesday Philbrook in 1:31, and third place finisher Martha Mitchell, Rosemary Ruiz and Rachelle Horn in 2:03:59.
