The Diamondbacks defeated the Fillies 15-14 in an exciting, come-from-behind victory to win the Waldoboro Little League Softball championship June 16. Relief pitcher Addie Jameson collected the win (1H,3K,2B,4R) in one inning of work.
Maddy White started and pitched an inning plus (7R,7B,3HP,1K,1H). Lydia Simmons pitched middle relief (4I,8K,3R,1HP,0H). The three Diamondback pitchers combined for a two-hitter.
