Lincoln Academy and Erskine Academy boys soccer teams settled for a 0-0 tie after 40 minutes of play Tuesday, when officials called the game at halftime.
The field conditions were wet at the start and a steady downpour saw conditions deteriorate all half, with players slipping and sliding in the mud, and goal keepers struggling to hold onto the ball.
The game was both team’s KVAC finale.
