Lincoln Academy boys soccer team opened their KVAC season with a 3-1 win over Belfast Friday night on the William A. Clark field in Newcastle.
Medomak Valley boys soccer team out shot Oceanside, but settled for a 2-1 loss, thanks to superb goalkeeping from Mariner Colby Dorr. Alvaro Valls scored for the Panthers to tie the game in the second half. Christian Straka scored the first goal for Oceanside, and Titus Kaewthong the game winner.

Lincoln Academy golf picked up their first win of the season Friday at Morse, 7.5-1,5. The Eagles shot a team round of 177 and Morse 185. Bailey Plourde was low medalist with a 38.
