Lincoln Academy’s Jarrett Gulden is the cross-country State Class B runner-up.
Gulden took second at States, which were held at Twin Brook Recreation in Cumberland on Saturday, Nov. 2.
The Eagles placed fourth as a team. Jojo Martin placed in the eighth for the Eagles, while Cameron Nelson and Kaleb Brackley-Prouty finished 26th and 30th, respectively.
The Medomak Valley girls cross-country team placed ninth.
Medomak’s Connor Daigle placed 31st in the boys race.
The Lincoln Academy boys and girls cross-country teams and the Medomak Valley girls cross-country team were presented the the Maine Principals’ Association Good Sportsmanship Award at the meet for Class B South and Class B North, respectively.
