Will Hadden broke the Lincoln Academy 100 butterfly record in a time of 57.23, and Julia West broke the Wiscasset High School record in the 100 breaststroke in 1:14.21 in their home pool on Jan. 29 in a meet with Brunswick. Brunswick won both the boys’ and girls’ meets.
LA girls won the 200 free relay in 1:58 with Kate Laemmle, Rowan Carrol-Christopher, Olivia Pennington and Kara Mullin, and the 400 free relay in 4:47 with Laemmle, Holly Stegna, Teiga Martin and Elise Dumont. The Eagles took third in the 200 medley relay in 2:15 with Pennington, Mullin, Dumont and C-Christopher.
