A near capacity crowd enjoyed the Harlem Superstars comedy basketball performance at Wiscasset High School Monday night. The event was sponsored by the Wiscasset Middle School for Project Reach, their annual community service project.
Proceeds from the event were earmarked to three different projects, including the Gauge Barnes Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Wiscasset Food Pantry, and to the Jyllian York family, who lost their home to fire recently.
Playing for the Wiscasset Dream Team were Jeff Slack, TJ Merry, Todd Souza, Chris Hammond, Nick Merry, Peter West, Cory Rines, Laura Stiles, RSU 12 Superintendent Greg Potter and Shawn Barnes.
