Medomak Valley girls basketball coach Randy Hooper was recognized Saturday for being the KVAC girls Coach of the Year. Hooper also earned the accolade last season. This is the third time in five years that Hooper has earned the award.
Medomak Valley girls basketball player Hannah Marks was named the KVAC Coastal Conference Player of the Year. Marks and Lincoln Academy’s Brie Wajer were named to the KVAC 1st Team. Lincoln’s Taylor Oliver and Medomak’s Hannah Heald were named to the KVAC 2nd Team.
Morse’s Ethan Winglass was the KVAC Coastal Conference boys Player of the Year. Lincoln’s Devin Scherer and Medomak’s Nicholas DePatsy were named to the KVAC 1st Team. Medomak’s Micah Williamson was named to the KVAC 2nd Team.
