Oceanside 42 – Medomak 8th 23
Medomak eighth grade girls basketball stayed with Oceanside in second half action (15-16) but were unable to overcome their first half deficit falling 42-23 in their Busline
League season opener. Oceanside was led by Robinson and Grover with 14 each. Scoring for the Lady Riverhawks were Aubrey Schaeffer 10, Lydia Simmons 5, Hattie Watmough 4, Maddie
White 3, and Talia Willis 1.
Nobleboro 45 – Jefferson 31
Nobleboro defeated Jefferson girls 45-31, led by 20 points from Belle Sawyer and 11 from Ashlynn Leeman. Also scoring for the Lions were Madison York 6, Aubrie Cookson 4, Heavan
Wadford 2, and Katelin Tozier 2. Scoring for Jefferson were Hailey Pitcher and Chelsea Williams 9 each, Madi Bisset 6, Asiah Wilmont 5, and Jette Keene 2.
Jefferson 30 – Wiscasset 19
Jefferson girls beat Wiscasset 30-19. Williams led the Chargers with 20 points, followed by Pitcher 7, Bisset 2, and Keene 1. Scoring for Wiscasset were Donovan 8, Rego 4,
Trask, Small and James 2 each, and Carson one.
Nobleboro 56 – Bristol 24
Nobleboro girls defeated Bristol 56-24 Monday in Bristol. Scoring for the Lions were Belle Sawyer with 20, K. Tozier 16, Ashlynn Leeman 8, M. Tilas 7, and A. Cookson 1. Scoring
for Bristol were R. Kelsey 9, Hallie Hallowell 8, Ja. Gilbert 5, and Je.Gilbert 2.

Medomak 7th 60 – Oceanside 24
Medomak 7th 60 – Oceanside 24
The Riverhawks jumped out to a 30-8 first half lead and never looked back to open their season with a 60-24 win over Oceanside. Gabe Allaire led Medomak boys with 18 points,
Connor Simmons chipped in 10, Trevor Hynd 6, Colby Castner 6, Duncan Widdecomb 5, and Travis Wyman 5. Oceanside was led by Karl Ilvonen 11, and Carty Fogarty 9.
Nobleboro 69 – Bristol 35
Nobleboro boys basketball defeated Bristol 69-35 in Bristol Monday night. The Lions were led by Joel Hatch with 30 points. Also scoring for Nobleboro were Bryce York 15, Zach
Tozier 10, Ethan Spear 7, Mason Keene 3, and Keanan Pitcher, and G. York 2 each. Scoring for Bristol were Zach Farrin 8, C. Crockett, Sullivan Fink, L. Kelsey, and T. Geyer 4
each, and Zach Gamage and I. Craig 2 each.

The Nobleboro Lions roared into Bristol on Nov. 12 to beat Bristol Blue (JV team) 97-8. Four Lions scored in double figures, including Ethan Spear 18, Jordan Prentice 16, Joel
Hatch 14, and Mason Keene 12. Also scoring for Nobleboro were Jonathan Corey 9, Bryce York 6, Keanan Pitcher 6, and Dakotah Nutter 1. Scoring for Bristol were Logan Bleske 4 and
