KVAC awards

The KVAC announced basketball and wrestling awards for the 2009-10 season.

KVAC Class B boys’ basketballMedomak Valley senior Alex MacKenzie was named to the KVAC All Conference 1st team and the All-Academic list. Medomak players Alden Ahlholm and John Bartlett, and Lincoln Academy manager Arielle Rancourt were named to the KVAC All Academic list.KVAC Class B girls’ basketballAlanna Vose was named to the KVAC All Conference 2nd team. Medomak players Morgan Baum, Danielle Dyer, Lacy Massengale, Nicole Peterson, Kelsi Severson and manager Kelly Wilcox were named to the All Academic squad.KVAC Class B wrestlingMedomak Valley senior Steven Genthner was named to the KVAC All Conference 1st Team, and Ben Lufkin to the KVAC 2nd Team. Genthner was named the KVAC’s Most Outstanding Wrestler.

Lincoln Academy wrestlers Olivia Genthner and Nikki Leeman made the KVAC All Academic list.
