Lincoln Academy field hockey team earned the 2015 Good Sportsmanship Award. This is the third Amanda Armstrong and Mary Martha Collins coached team that earn a Sportsmanship award (lacrosse and field hockey).
“This is a distinguished honor and one that LA hold very high. I am very proud of the character this teams exhibits,” athletic director KJ Anastasio said.
The awards presentation will be held at the State championship field hockey games at the University of Maine Orono. The State games will be played at 12, 2 and 4 p.m.
