Lincoln Academy girls soccer team defeated Medomak Valley 3-2

at the Lady Panthers Homecoming game on September 17 in Waldoboro. The game was a tale of two halves, as the Lady Eagles jumped out to a 3-0 halftime lead, on two goals from Emily Harris and one from Tatum Hancock. Cate Organ had two assists.
Medomak out shot Lincoln 11-2 in the second half and nearly tied the game. Sadie Cohen headed in a Cassie Smeltzer corner kick, before Hallie Kunesh scored on a direct kick from about 29 yards out to pull the Panthers within one.
