Lincoln Academy girls basketball team sank their foul shots in the fourth quarter to pull out a 58-50 win over Medomak.
The exciting match-up between the two county rivals saw the lead change hands many times. The Eagles led 16-12 at the quarter, Medomak led 28-26 at the half and 45-43 at the end of three. Down two in the fourth, the Eagles scored nine straight points to take a seven point lead. Lincoln sank 8 of 10 foul shots in the final 4:45 to play to pull out the win. Scoring leaders for the Eagles were Brie Wajer 18, Avae Traina 8, Danielle Pinkham 7, Chloe Hallowell 6 and Alyx York 6. Scoring leaders for Medomak were Hannah Marks 15, Maggie Cox 14 and Hannah Heald 11.
