Medomak Valley girls soccer team picked up a big 2-1 win over Winslow for their second victory of the season on Oct. 2. Winslow took a 1-0 lead on an Amanda Poulin shot with 31:32 to go in the first half. The Panthers rallied for two goals to win 2-1.
Medomak evened the score by halftime when Sammie Griffin put a corner kick on net that resulted in a wild scramble and the ball in the back of the Raiders net. Griffin was given the goal on the play with eight and a half minutes left in the half.
